A new way to discover the castle
To offer an original experience and attract an ever-wider audience, the Château de Rochelambert now invites visitors to participate in an immersive escape game.
Unlike traditional escape games, the adventure doesn't take place in a single room: participants explore six rooms of the castle, as well as the gardens and outdoor spaces. Through a series of puzzles, they must find a secret code that will allow them to escape before time runs out.
An immersion into the heart of the Renaissance
This playful experience is based on the history of the castle. Players are transported to the Renaissance period, under the authority of the Marquise Hélène de Lestrange.
Historical sets, staging, and puzzles punctuate the experience. Participants discover daily life during this era while tackling challenges, with a few surprises in store… Some might even end up imprisoned!
The escape game perfectly complements the castle visit. The two activities are independent and can be done in any order.
How the escape game works
The escape game is accessible from age 15. Teams are made up of 3 to 6 players and have one hour to solve the puzzles.
As in any good escape game, a ranking of the best times allows teams to compare their performances and add a touch of competition to the experience.
