A new restaurant has just opened its doors in Puy-en-Velay, it is l'Émotion, place Cadelade. After several months of work, Mickaël Ruat, who had been at the helm of Bambou et Basilic, rue Grangevieille for several years, decided to take on a new challenge. It offers fine and refined cuisine, in an establishment with modern and refined decor, open to a wide clientele.
