It was in Saint-Christophe-Sur-Dolaizon that Josiane and Marc Bitterlin decided to settle down. These two Alsatians took over “L’Auberge de la Chaponade”, and renamed it “L’auberge Alsacienne” last June. They offer Alsatian specialties, such as sauerkraut or baeckeoffe. The inn has 5 rooms and prepares typically Alsatian dishes to delight its customers.
