Meeting with Gilles BAYON DE LA TOUR, owner of the place. Doue Abbey has dominated the Loire Valley since the 12th century. It was very quickly entrusted to the Premonstratensian Canons who would evolve its buildings, its architecture and its decorations over the course of historical events up to the Revolution.
