The Nuits Basaltiques festival takes place in Puy-en-Velay each year in July with 4 evenings dedicated to traditional music and dances from Auvergne and other regions, an area which is the heart of the action of the Departmental Music Center and Traditional Dances of Haute-Loire (CDDMT 43) for over 20 years.

Each year, Haute-Loire Departmental Center for Traditional Music and Dance (CDMDT 43) offers 4 evenings punctuated by concerts, aperitif-concerts, artists, groups, traditional balls but also meals to experience the event in complete conviviality.

Les Nuits Basaltiques also offer 3 days of total immersion courses, at the heart of traditional music, led by recognized speakers who will take you on a journey into their world. Culture, music and traditional dance are on the program for these courses during which your access to concerts in the evening is included in the price!
