The circuit proposed here is an old route which allowed pilgrims from the East and the North to regroup in Cluny before setting off towards the holy city of Puy-en-Velay.

Day 8: Saint Haon le Châtel – St Jean St Maurice/Loire: 23km
Day 9: St Jean St Maurice/Loire – St Germain Laval (visit of the priory): 18km
