10:30 a.m.: Visit to the Velay Pagès Verbena Distillery in Saint-Germain-Laprade. Verveine du Velay has been a gastronomic emblem of Auvergne since 1859.
Guided tour of the Distillery and tasting.

12:30 p.m.: Local meal in a restaurant (1/4 of wine and coffee included per person).

Afternoon: Small tourist train tour

14 p.m.: One-hour guided tour of the town of Puy-en-Velay by little train with its typical streets and monuments: the Cathedral, Notre Dame de France, the Saint-Michel Chapel, the Hôtel du Département, the Hospital…

15 p.m.: Free time in the city.
