Four dining rooms including two small, more intimate lounges. Collections of humorous plates, old salt cellars, shining coppers. Cuisine inspired by regional and seasonal products.
Brivadoise-style salmon pies, small cabbage stuffed with snails, pig's trotters, green lentil risotto from Puy with oyster mushrooms from Chaniat and Cantal.
