At lunchtime, we offer dishes such as vols au vent, or even onglet... We also serve beef chuck with wine sauce, with mashed sweet potatoes and carrots with cumin. In the evening, we offer slightly more elaborate dishes such as blanquette of veal, black lamb from Velay, foie gras or Saint-Jacques, slightly more bistronomic dishes.
