Specialist in sauerkraut and flamekueches, you will find these emblematic dishes, in classic and reworked versions (sea sauerkraut or gourmet flamekueches in particular!). A very wide choice of seafood products is also offered, such as the iconic mussels and fries or the whole grilled lobster caught directly in our fish tank!
