The Hotel restaurant La Bougnate is made up of a 30-seat restaurant, a library, a reception lounge near the fireplace with free access, and an exhibition space for painters. A superb flowered and shaded terrace for the summer.

Dominique will introduce you to his traditional and regional cuisine revisited to meet current tastes. Its principle is to work with seasonal products, meats from Auvergne, regional products to be highlighted. The Chef's desire is to cultivate and use aromatic herbs in his recipes. The essential thing as an economic player in this region is also to establish partnerships with local producers, village traders: baker, butcher, butcher, the Alagnon brewer.
In winter from December 15 to March 15, you can find the Chef in Super Besse.
