Auberge la Maison de Julia

La Maison de Julia is a pretty inn with the restaurant located in the old barn of the farm.
Christian creates local cuisine, made from fresh and local products, and updates old recipes from the depths of time. Local products vary with the seasons: trout from Vourzac, “homemade” cold meats, various vegetables (including green lentils from Puy of course), local cheeses and organic sorbets from Haute-Loire.
