The Plateau Farm
Simon-Pierre GIRAUD settled in 2013 on his grandparents' farm, on the volcanic plateau of Devez, south of Puy en Velay.
He raises a herd of dairy cows and raises pigs in the open air. He makes cheese and yoghurts, and grows green Puy lentils classified in the AOP zone. He is converted to organic farming.
