GAEC du Donjon

The farm is a small family business which raises 400 Lacaune milk sheep. Dairy production is transformed into several categories of raw milk cheeses including “Le Petit Polignac” and “Brique de Polignac”.
The farm markets its products through wholesalers and supermarkets mainly in the Loire and Haute-Loire, but also for direct sale on the farm and on three local markets.
