At La Ferme Bio Pellissier, we make organic flour and a whole range of pasta from cereals grown on the family farm. Anthony Pellissier, cereal grower-miller, has a stone mill for this purpose.
All processing is done on site, which guarantees the quality of the products sold in the shop which has been set up within the manufacturing workshop, and which can also be found in several points of sale in Velay.
