The farm has around fifty cows which produce fatted calves raised under the mother. Their food comes exclusively from farm crops (grass, wheat, corn, sorghum, etc.).
The agricultural area is 65 hectares and extends over 3 communes: Roche en Régnier, Retournac, Vorey sur Arzon.
The farm officially went organic in 2011.
