Eboulis de Bourianne

It is a small river of stones which becomes a river as it rises up to the orientation table located at its summit, from where the view is breathtaking over the Ance valley.
This enormous accumulation of basalt blocks makes it possible to become aware of the force of erosion exerted on the volcanic reliefs.
Access: from Saint-Julien-d'Ance follow the “lava flow” signs. Parking: on the edge of the D352, near the hamlet of Bourianne.
Hike: 1h45, 3 km, 140 m drop, locally difficult path. Provide suitable footwear.
Interpretation panel at the start of the site and summit orientation table. It is advisable to return by the same route.
