Musée Crozatier

A stone's throw from the town centre, in the heart of a centuries-old garden, discover the surprising and varied collections of the Crozatier museum. A place for the whole family combining tradition and modernity.
The Crozatier Museum is 4 museums in 1:
The historical gallery: from Prehistory to the Renaissance in Haute-Loire
The Lace Gallery: From the 17th to the 21st century, lace in all its forms
The Fine Arts Gallery: paintings and sculptures from the 15th century to the dawn of the 20th century
The science gallery: fossils, minerals, taxidermied animals, and gears
Come and admire rare and moving works, understand landscapes marked by volcanism, measure yourself against centuries and millennia to share emotions with your family.
Films, games, tactile models, talking pictures and interactive tablets, accessible to all, allow you to learn while having fun and to take a different look at the collections.
Large suitcases and bags are prohibited and cannot be left in the changing rooms.
Only items of a size equivalent to a standard cabin baggage are accepted.
