Le Camino

The Camino is a place of welcome and information for pilgrims and walkers. It is a museum-route on the theme of the road to Santiago de Compostela. Last admission to the visit 1/2 hour before closing.

The scenography of the Camino immerses you in the road to Santiago de Compostela.
From its appearance in the Middle Ages to its current modernity, all the dimensions of the “Camino” are presented.
A true invitation to experience, a place of welcome, advice and meeting for the walker, it is also essential to the cultural life of Puy en Velay.
The “Camino garden café”, a place of conviviality open to all, and its garden constitute a relaxing stop at the bedside of the cathedral.
Temporary exhibitions.
Courses in English and German using touch pads. For children, a fun visit with a questionnaire adapted to their age.
