La croix de la fontaine d’Armand

Its base is from the Romanesque or Gothic period and its brace is from the XNUMXth century.
Its cask is more recent. At its foot is a lintel on which the
coffins coming from the south of Allègre and called "stone of the dead".
Height of three meters. Cylindrical shaft and arms. Representation of Christ on one side and a crown on the other. The polygonal base is decorated with escutcheons carved on each side, and bears Gothic inscriptions.
