I am a cabinetmaker and I created my company Henro Manufactura, specializing in furniture, layout and decoration.
Eager to share my passion, I will introduce you to one of the facets of my activity: wood carving with a knife.

Introductory workshop in wood sculpture, by reservation:
A very accessible ancestral know-how to discover during a 2 hour introductory workshop.
Which wood to choose? How to hold your knife? What cutting techniques?
During this 2 hour workshop, I will teach you the fundamentals of wood carving with a knife and I will teach you how to create your own decorative patterns on a board (geometric compositions, rosettes, etc.)
At the end of the workshop, leave with your own creation, your knife and the knowledge to be able to make it again at home!

La Manufacture is a coworking space for artisans. These shared workshops, which today welcome around thirty professionals with varied expertise (wood, textiles, metal, etc.), were created based on an original idea from Afpa. Jimmy is one of these “coworkers” and it is in this special universe that I will welcome you to introduce you to wood carving with a knife.
