After studying chocolate making in the Pyrenees, I had the opportunity to work for many years with a Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier. This allowed me to develop my know-how and learn unique techniques. To create products that are as beautiful as they are good, I have chosen to work wherever possible with local producers (flour, eggs, butter, cream, honey, etc.). Having fallen under the spell of the village of Saint Julien d'Ance, I chose to settle in Haute-Loire to create my manufacturing workshop.
I suggest you come and discover the profession of chocolate maker through a manufacturing workshop: a real moment of sharing and indulgence. You can also choose to come visit the chocolate factory and end the visit with a tasting: hazelnut spread, chocolate bar, beggars or even marshmallow bears... there will be something for everyone!
