Puy-en-Velay is a crossroads of many roaming trails in France. Known to be the start of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle or Stevenson, the Ponote city is also crossed by the GR®3 Sources and gorges of the Loire, GR®40 Velay Volcanoes Tour, GR®700 La Régordane et GR®430 Saint-Regis.

If you want to visit all or some of the monuments in the town of Puy-en-Velay, we offer a monuments pass for sale which allows you to save on entry fees. The monuments that are included in the pass: statue of Notre Dame, Saint-Michel d'Aiguilhe rock, cloister of the cathedral, Crozatier museum (with its temporary exhibition “ Cross-country ") and the fortress of Polignac.
