Description
From the place du bakery and the Assembly join the road and immediately take the street on the right towards the Sablière de Noustoulet. It becomes a path and climbs through the woods.
At the intersection after the place called La Portale, keep right until you reach the hamlet of Le Rivet. At the next intersection, take the street on the right at the corner of the farm. After 300 m, leave the road at the bend by going up the path on your left. Go up for 1.5 km to the place called Les Vignettes.
At the exit of the place, turn right. After 150 m, ignore the path going down and follow the one on the right going up into the woods. It bypasses the Grand Suchas which peaks at 924 m. Keep to your right until you reach a place called Suchas.
At the T, go up to the right then turn left onto the forest track. It winds through woods and peaks until the cross (>panorama of the Sucs and surrounding villages) Continue on the descending track. It joins the village of Villard.
At the intersection with the main street, turn right onto rue du Mas. Continue straight through the village and the main square. The road becomes a path then climbs through fields. At the fork, keep to your right and continue to climb.
At the next intersection, turn left onto the Roman road. Follow it for 1.7 km, ignoring all other routes.
At the crossroads, turn right on Chemin du Moulin Neuf. Follow it until the road then turn right to return to the starting point.
