In the heart of the Emblavez (wheat land), the village of Blanlhac has housed up to 17 mills. During a loop circuit animated by enthusiasts, come and discover their history and how they work.

Description
You will watch a demonstration of flour production in the restored horizontal wheel mill.
The visit will offer you a set of discoveries:
– A model of the entire mill site is visible in one of the mills.
– On the lock, hydraulic rides are in operation (cyclist pedaling on the water, musical ride).
– Two Moulin games (or Mérel game: medieval board game) are available at the entrance to the site.
Visits on Wednesdays from July 19 until August 30, at 15 p.m.
For groups, the site opens its doors by appointment every day from April 1 to October 31.
Ecotourism:
Since 1993, volunteers who love the Blanlhac mills have been working to renovate this site steeped in history. Bought by the association in a state of ruin, heavy work was carried out to restore the mill to its former splendor. Slate roof, old-fashioned framework, stone millstone are witnesses of this know-how and this traditional heritage to be preserved. A small path laid out and interpreted by your guide will allow you to discover the flora, the geology, the history of the mills... Come and discover this place with a magical atmosphere, in the heart of a preserved natural site.
