Hypnos is an Airbnb concierge service that helps owners maximize the profitability of their properties and ensure an exceptional stay for their guests. From booking to check-out, including welcoming guests, cleaning, and maintenance, the company takes care of everything from A to Z. Seventy properties in the Haute-Loire region were already managed in 2025. We spoke with Justine Parrat, a 27-year-old from Le Puy-en-Velay, who launched the project with Yohann Lussiez and Maxence Combes.
How did you come up with the idea of creating this concierge service?

Justine Parrat: I originally worked in the tourism sector in Haute-Loire, specifically in short-term rentals nationwide. After moving to Lille, I wanted to create this business because there wasn't this type of service here, and tourism is very important in Le Puy-en-Velay. Hence the idea of offering our services not only in the greater Puy-en-Velay area but also throughout the department. We named the concierge service Hypnos as a nod to the Greek god of sleep, and we've been offering our services since January 2025.
What is its concept?
Justine Parrat: Our Airbnb concierge service offers a turnkey solution for owners. We advise them, if needed, on renovation work for certain properties, as well as on decoration. We take care of listing their properties online, managing their bookings, and handling guest reviews. We manage everything from start to finish. Our strength lies in the fact that we have a physical office in Le Puy-en-Velay to meet with our clients and advise them.

What services are offered?

Justine Parrat: It ranges from welcoming guests who make a reservation, to cleaning, including laundry if needed during their stay, and of course, check-outs. Up to 15 people work with us in the summer to handle all of this. And we're always looking for more people who would like to work in our rental properties. They can submit a CV to the agency if they wish.
What are the benefits of using your services?
Justine Parrat: There are two main advantages. The first allows owners to enjoy their properties outside of rental periods. The second concerns compensation. Beyond the fact that using our services is generally more profitable than long-term rentals, we avoid the problem of unpaid rent because tenants pay for reservations before arriving at their accommodations. Finally, using our services saves owners time.

In what ways are owners informed about bookings?

Justine Parrat: They have an app they can download that allows them to track activity related to their rental properties. This allows them to view rents, stay amounts, tenant names, etc.
How many items have been entrusted to you so far?

Justine Parrat: Since the agency opened, we have been entrusted with 70 accommodations. These range from studios in the city center of Le Puy-en-Velay to houses in the countryside. This represents 2.000 bookings in the space of a year.
