Welcome to the Villa Rose Garden cottage! In Craponne-sur-Arzon, in a quiet residential area, large independent villa built in the early 60s. Private terrace with garden furniture and enclosed grounds. Single-storey apartment.
This villa offers two accommodations: a first accommodation located on the 1st floor of the house rented year-round and a second accommodation located on the ground floor rented as seasonal furnished accommodation.
Single storey apartment located on the ground floor of the villa: No stairs in the accommodation.
Private entrance hall to the accommodation. WC (window).
Large living room:
→ Kitchen area: sink, hob (4 gas burners), fridge-freezer, mini oven, microwave, electric coffee maker (filters), electric kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and cookware, raclette/grill machine, electric blender, electric chopper, electric mixer, table and chairs, etc.
→ Living room-dining room: dining table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, BZ bench, assortment of books for all audiences, wood pellet stove (pellets provided at an additional cost), flat screen TV (DTT channels), WIFI (free and secure connection), etc.
→ Shower room (window and VMC): shower cubicle and washbasin on furniture. Hair dryer.
