In Vals-près-Le Puy, near Le Puy-en-Velay, welcome to Logis P'tit Vals! Comfortable 110 m2 pavilion, accommodating up to 8 people. Covered terrace, enclosed grounds and bicycle shelter.

Living room (living room-kitchen):
→ Kitchen area (sink, induction hob (3 burners), electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (205 litres), freezer, electric coffee maker (filters), Senseo coffee machine (pods), electric kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware, stainless steel pressure cooker, small household appliances (hand blender, mini chopper, coffee grinder, etc.), etc. Basic necessities provided (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, herbal teas, etc.).

Fully renovated bathroom: 140*90 cm shower with glass shower screen, washbasin on cabinet, hair dryer, electric towel dryer, towel rack, coat hooks, etc. VMC. Window.
The accommodation is equipped with electric heating (new radiators).
Cast iron wood stove in the living room (logs provided). For safety reasons, the use of the wood stove will be done after agreement from the owner.
The accommodation is equipped with new double-glazed joinery. Solar roller shutters (remote controls available).
Private washing machine. Broom cupboard (broom, bucket, mop, vacuum cleaners, etc.). Ironing equipment (iron and ironing board). Clothes drying rack.
Baby equipment on request: travel cot and booster seat.
