This large gîte, comfortably restored in 2011, is the old barn of a family farm, adjoining the owners' house.
You will enjoy the wooden terrace with pergola (20 m²) and the private courtyard (60 m²) while the children will enjoy the grounds with playground (150 m²). Private parking, independent entrance, no vis-à-vis.
Ground floor with access for people with reduced mobility: large living room-kitchen (wood stove, free wood), mezzanine converted into a 'cinema' lounge, games area (flat screen TV, DVD player), 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed), bathroom water-wc (access for people with reduced mobility), wc. 5 steps: 1 bedroom (1 140 bed), 1 bedroom (1 160 bed), 2 bedrooms (3 90 bed each), bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Oil central heating extra: €12. Electricity extra beyond 12 KW per day.
