La Chaponie is a spacious, carefully furnished group accommodation in an old farmhouse, quiet and isolated, 5 km south of Le Puy-en-Velay.
On the ground floor :
• an outdoor lounge on a large covered terrace (60 m²)
• a huge living room (175 m²): a very large volume ideal for family reunions, internships, seminars, artistic residences,… (wood stove, a cart of wood per day is offered, the next one is at 25 €)
• a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet with washbasin.
• Also on this level, 1 bedroom, ideal for people with reduced mobility, with 1 140 cm bed and complete private bathrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and private bathrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds sharing a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The large mezzanine accessible from the living room includes a dormitory with 6 single beds, a lounge area with TV and a writing area, a complete bathroom with 90 showers, 2 washbasins and 2 WC.
Private parking, large adjoining spaces (700 m²). Table football, ping-pong table, darts.
Baby equipment: cot and high chair.
In the rental, our beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and the pillows with a pillowcase.
However, we rent duvets and duvet covers at 8€ / bed, for the duration of the stay.
If you wish, you can bring your own quilts and duvets.
We also rent (if necessary) towels: 3€/person.
All charges are included in the price (excluding tourist tax).
A deposit of 30% of the amount of the reservation is required to stop the reservation.
Two deposits of €250 and €850 will be requested upon your arrival.
