In a hamlet near Chaspuzac, about 12 minutes by car from Puy-en-Velay (12 km), this old restored farmhouse includes the owner's main residence and furnished tourist accommodation.

Ground floor: large living room with equipped kitchen: gas stove (oven and 4 gas burners), microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, smoothie maker, crockery, battery of the kitchen, …

Lounge area: armchairs, 2 sofas, wood stove (wood provided), flat screen TV, WIFI (free and secure connection), library (range of books for the general public), board games, etc.

Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, etc. Bathroom with bathtub and large built-in shower, vanity-mounted sink, towel radiator, etc.
Independent WC with washbasin.

Floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 140×190 and 2 single beds 90×190), storage (wardrobes with wardrobes and shelves).

Wood central heating (radiators) metered on meter reading. However, a wood stove is installed and wood is provided free of charge.

Beds made on arrival included in the price.
Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair, baby bath.

Small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and mobile barbecue).

The region is ideal for outdoor activities: gliding, microlight, hiking, cycling, horseback riding, fishing, white water sports (canoeing, rafting, etc.), tennis, golf, etc.
A large store has been set up in the village (1km) from the house.
Shops and services in Loudes (2 km). Visit to Puy-en-Velay: Notre-Dame Cathedral of Puy-en-Velay, Cloister, Hôtel-Dieu, Statue of the Virgin, Crozatier museum, theater, Rock and Chapel of St-Michel d'Aiguilhe, … Le Puy-Airfield Loudes (daily connections to Paris-Orly). Local markets and products (green lentils from Puy-en-Velay, local cheeses, cold meats, red fruits, etc.).
