You will enjoy a large enclosed courtyard (25 m²) with a south-facing terrace (50 m²) as well as a large covered area (XNUMX m²), ideal for relaxation in bad weather or hot weather.
The entrance to the cottage is on the ground floor via a large living room-kitchen (TV), separate toilet, laundry room-boiler room.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 140 bedroom with 1 single beds are spacious and pleasantly decorated, bathroom, separate wc.
For your comfort, electricity and heating charges are included in the weekly rate. For short stays in cold periods, a supplement will be requested for heating.
