Au Pré du Moulin
At the crossroads between Haute-Loire, Loire and Puy de Dôme, the village of Craponne-sur-Arzon, at a place called Pontempeyrat, is the Moulin de Mistou, a real haven of peace, away from the village and on the edge of the river. .
This house has been designed for you as a warm interlude conducive to relaxation, daydreaming, etc. and restful sleep in a green setting.
At Jacqueline and Bernard everything is planned to forget the turbulence of everyday life in order to disconnect from active life, tame and taste the silence.
The spacious, comfortable, single-storey house is located in a wooded park on the banks of the “Ance” river.
The entrance to the corridor distributes 4 places:
– A separate and fully equipped kitchen.
– A large living room with lounge (TV) and dining area which opens onto a 20m² balcony above the mill reach, and allows access to the mill island with the park, the swimming pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09), outdoor games for children.
In summer, under the fir trees, we set up tables, chairs and a barbecue for moments of outdoor conviviality.
– A toilet and hand basin.
– A corridor which leads to 4 bedrooms (2 with two twin 90x200 beds; 1 with 2 90x200 beds; 1 with 1 160x200 bed. The windows equipped with wooden shutters overlook the park), 1 bathroom with two sinks, 1 bathroom with 1 sink, 1 WC, 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying rack and ironing facilities.
Outside a car park is at your disposal to park your car.
