Do you have an adventurous soul? If the answer is yes, then the Trois Lacs SwimBike is for you! Leave for three days of adventure in total autonomy in the heart of Lozère, Ardèche and Haute-Loire.
From Thursday August 28 to Saturday August 30, 2025, swim and cycle in teams of three or four people amid exceptional panoramas. You will be amazed, your legs and your arms.
In 3 departments (07, 43 and 48) return by road bike to a mountain lake to complete an open water swim and return to the starting point by bike on a different route than on the outward journey.
In teams of 3 to 4, without ranking or time, participants will swim 9km and cycle around 220km over the 3 days. All this in semi-autonomy with a GPX track on the bike computer.
Only the transport of swimming equipment will be covered by the organizer.
Day 1 – Departure from Langogne to Lac du Bouchet by bike – Swim in the lake – Return by bike via Monastier sur Gazeille…. Bike: 100km D+ 1700m – Swim: 2,5km
Day 2 – Departure from Langogne to Lake Issarles – Swim in the lake – Return by bike via Le Béage…. Bike: 120km D+ 2100m – Swimming: 3,4km
Day 3 – Naussac Lake, Open water swimming – 3kmSwimming on Naussac Lake: 4km
For this adventure only dinner, overnight stay, breakfast and transport of swimming equipment are taken into account by the organizer.
Lunches on the 1st and XNUMXnd day will be the responsibility of the teams on the course
Possess a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of cycling and swimming in open water or a Triathlon license for the current year.
Attention places limited to 10 teams!
