Saison culturelle – Brêeme

The Brothers Grimm appear on stage, they have aged: they find themselves in a space filled with old objects, scattered throughout the room.

They want to tell each other one last story, to create one last tale to evoke the passing of time and all the memories associated with it. They begin to imagine characters while building them using the disparate objects that surround them… They will introduce us to the Bremen Town Musicians… but above all, it is to tell us about life stories through those of animals:

• an old donkey who evokes her struggles for emancipation,
• a dog who accompanied a homeless person and his share of misfortune,
• a cat who raised her kittens despite the hazards of life,
• a rooster and its plume dulled by time.

Behind every elderly person, there is a life story… A look at the passing of time.

For the first performances at the Theater, participation of the Jazz Band of Saint Germain, the Washing Machine and the Intermezzo Choir.
