In the splendid Notre-Dame-du-Puy cathedral, lit by candlelight, the Sartène Choir, one of the most emblematic Corsican polyphony groups, offers us a true immersion into the mysteries of Corsica.

Composed of six singers with a wide vocal range, the male choir directed by Jean-Paul Poletti revives the ancient chant of traditional Corsican spiritual polyphony, preserved by the monks of the San Damianu convent, on the heights of Sartène. The vocal ensemble also retains significant space for contemporary inspiration, which gives it an atypical place in the Corsican musical universe, with unparalleled power and depth of voice.
