For a little over 10 years, "Lo Radzouka", a trio that became a quartet from Haute-Loire, has been playing its original compositions in an unidentified and multiple musical style.
Between gypsy swing, Balkan music, acoustic rock, Arab-Andalusian and Latin American music, jazz and songs with lyrics, these musicians without borders claim their music as international and humanist.
“Sanh-mesclat”, this title in Occitan literally translates as “mixed blood” and means crossbreeding: the mixed blood of our origins, the mixture of world music…
The very origin of the instrumentarium is multicultural: the bouzouki, the banjo, the accordion, the trumpet, the double bass and even the guitar are all tools and witnesses of the crossbreeding of Arab, African, Amerindian and European cultures.
