Going to explore nature to discover the wild and edible flora that flourishes there, learning meditation and Qi Gong, harmonizing your body… this will be the program for this weekend with Jacqueline Barbier and Josiane Aullen
Qi Gong is an ancestral art of traditional Chinese medicine. Its practice consists of a series of slow movements, breathing exercises and meditation to increase the quality of life while respecting the seasons.
Jacqueline Barbier is a practitioner of biodynamic movement and dance.
Discover wild and edible plants with Josiane Aullen, nurse, trained at the Lyon School of Medicinal Plants (ELPM).
Dinner will be prepared from the plants picked in the afternoon.
