The Bodhran will be honored with the presentation of student work as part of a masterclass with Julien Desailly.
The Bodhran is much more than just a drum, it is the iconic instrument of traditional Irish music.
Its distinctive sound and complex rhythms make it a central element of traditional music sessions.
This performance will be followed by a concert from the Galwey and Monaghan Conservatory workshops of Irish music featuring jigs, reels and waltzes.
