Traveling around the world in seven days is possible in Puy-en-Velay and its surrounding areas thanks to the international folklore festival: Interfolk. From July 7 to 22, 27, world cultures and music will come together to offer moments of magic and camaraderie with folk groups from around the world.

The Interfolk Association

Founded in 1964, Interfolk is an association which works for the dissemination of world cultures in Haute-Loire. Anchored in the common past of humanity, folklore reveals each person's identity and relates the history of yesterday and today to build that of tomorrow.

With over half a century of history, Interfolk works to promote cultures from around the world to all audiences in the Haute-Loire region. The festival thus advocates sharing and openness to others in each of his actions.

The Puy-en-Velay-based festival, with its unmissable highlights, radiates throughout the department and beyond each summer, sharing its message. Committed to its social role, Interfolk strives to offer a variety of performances that appeal to everyone, without distinction.
