Crossing the Grande Traversée de la Haute-Loire by mountain bike means living a unique adventure over more than 600 km.
The eastern section offers you a first approach between gorges and sources of the Loire, a variety of landscapes, a diversity of paths, paths, tracks... through the high plateaus and the juices of Meygal and Mézenc.
At each cheese-making stage, a producer will share with you all the diversity of tastes of local cheeses which change according to the season, the quality of the grass and the maturing conditions of each cellar.
