Then turn left to go down rue de la Côte. At the exit of the town, the tarmac gives way to a wide dirt road. At the fork, turn right. Cross a road and continue on a wide dirt road until a junction.


Turn left onto a sunken path. Reach Lachaux soon. In the center of the hamlet, turn right onto the road which, at the exit, splits. Stay right. At the junction, continue to the right.
Go down into the valley of the Lamandie stream. After the latter, the path passes near the ruins of Moulin Blanc, then turns left. The path then gradually climbs to reach the village of Lavèze.


Follow the road to the right until the crossroads of the Croix de Lavèze [>cross]. Then take the grassy path on the left which runs between two low walls, first in the open, then under the trees. The path then goes down to come out on a road.


Follow the latter on the right for 400 m. At the Froidemaison house, leave the road for a path on the left which quickly splits. Continue right through the meadows then into the woods. At the end of the trees, turn right to join a road. Follow it to the left to enter Connangles. Take the street on the right to reach above the church.


At the church, turn right onto the gravel path which climbs between the houses then becomes a path. At the edge of the woods, leave a path on the left to continue climbing to the right into the Lamandie forest. At the two successive intersections, continue straight on. Reach a crossroads where there is an oratory dedicated to Saint Robert. Leave the Vieilleguerre road on the right to follow the wide forest path on the left. Pass near a reservoir and arrive in a clearing from which several paths branch off. Take the grassy path opposite.


At the fork, turn left. When the path stops going up, in a deforested area, turn right and continue on this wide path that winds through the woods. Reaching a new fork.


Go left, then continue in a straight line, ignoring the secondary paths on either side. Reach a road. Turn left twice to use the road which rises slightly in the woods. After 300 m, discover a path which goes down to the right.


Leave the road for this path which goes down to the village of Frontvel. Go opposite “rue de la Soif”. At the end of the hamlet, turn right, the tarmac giving way to a dirt road. The latter splits at the entrance to the woods.


Start on the right hand. Further down, find the wide path and cut it to go down to the Largne buildings. Turn right and soon join another path.


Go down left into the woods. Come out, at the bottom of the valley, onto a junction of paths. Turn right onto the wide path which gradually climbs. Pass near a fortified house, then continue on the road which has become tarmac until Chalus.


Then leave the road for the path on the left. First between the meadows, it enters under the trees, then splits. Go down the path on the right to Saint-Didier-sur-Doulon. Cross the Doulon and turn right towards the entrance to the church. Turn left and cross the river again. Just after this second bridge, turn right.
