This noble material which, depending on the intensity of the polishing, comes subtly in gray, in glossy black which contrasts with the matte white or light gray of the engraved parts. This specialty led him to create: portraits, landscapes, chessboards, steles, orientation tables, but also more contemporary works such as various imprints (steps, lace, bicycle), the sphere of Palhaires, the roundabout of Rosières , a puzzle cube... Jean-Pierre does not limit himself to working with slate, he also practices watercolors, frescoes and modeling. Operation all year round.
