In the heart of a peaceful hamlet, this volcanic stone house, typical of the region, adjoins the owner's house. It has separate entrances on opposite sides. The private courtyard and terrace adjoin the guest rooms.

1st floor: One double bedroom (1 double bed):

→ Bedroom 1 (11,50 m2): 1 double bed. in 2 cm x 180 cm (King Size).

→ Private bathroom for both bedrooms: large shower (2 cm x 90 cm shower tray and glass wall) and relaxing bathtub (120 cm x 170 cm). Double sink on furniture.

Body and hair shower gel. Hair dryer. Electric towel dryer.

→ WC separate from the bathroom and private to both bedrooms.

2nd attic floor: One double bedroom (2 single beds):

→ Bedroom 2 (11 m2): 2 single beds. in 1 cm x 90 cm.

Each of the two bedrooms has a wall cupboard (shelves and wardrobe with hangers) and a flat-screen TV (TNT channels).

Clean and new quality bedding.

New electric radiators.

Private courtyard enclosed by a gate. Terrace furnished with a pergola. Garden furniture (table and garden chairs).
