With a semi-urban departure, you have an extraordinary panorama of the monuments of the town of Puy-en-Velay.
At the bend of a few paths, you reach the volcanic plateau of Devès where the cultivation of lentils and the breeding of “noir du Velay” coexist. You will discover the chibottes (dry stone constructions) which once served as shelter for shepherds.
Provide walking shoes, clothing adapted to the weather, water, children
snacks and picnic, sun protection (cream, glasses).
